Description:

Hydrogen combustion technologies are a major step toward a decarbonized aviation sector. However little is known about contrails from hydrogen combustion. The Airbus mission Blue Condor provides first measurements of a contrail from a hydrogen combustion engine on a glider in relevant contrail forming conditions. The measurements were performed aboard the Grob EGRETT operated by AV Expert.
